Lezma Foundation
The Lezma Foundation is committed to ending hunger in Latin America — one family, one community, one meal at a time. We believe that nourishment is the foundation of everything: health, education, dignity, and hope.
"The first step toward any kind of human flourishing is a full stomach." — Our founding principle
Who We Are
The Lezma Foundation was established with a single, urgent conviction: hunger is not inevitable. Across Latin America, millions of families — including children, the elderly, and vulnerable communities — face food insecurity not because of scarcity, but because of systemic inequity.
We partner with local organizations, community leaders, and volunteers on the ground to deliver direct food assistance, support sustainable agriculture, and advocate for policies that address the root causes of hunger.
Immediate food assistance to families and communities in acute need across the region.
Empowering local farmers with resources, training, and tools for long-term food security.
Teaching families how to maximize nutrition on limited resources, especially for young children.
What We Do
We fund and operate community food banks in underserved neighborhoods, ensuring families have reliable access to nutritious food every week — not just during emergencies.
Our school meal and early childhood nutrition programs combat stunting and cognitive delays, giving children the fuel they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
We believe the most effective hunger solutions come from within communities. We invest in local NGOs, cooperatives, and grassroots leaders who know their communities best.
Make an Impact
Every dollar you give goes directly to feeding hungry families across Latin America. We are committed to full transparency — no administrative overhead eating into your generosity.
One-time or recurring — every contribution counts.
